No lab bunnies here. We do our entire product testing on actors, not animals.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Standard Shipping on orders of $25 or more within the 48 USA states is ONLY $1.99 although this is subject to change at any time. Orders under $25 have a $5 shipping fee. We are shipping to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii for a fee of $5.00 and to Mexico for a fee of $10.00. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or internationally.

Yes. Twilight Venom definitely has a bite to it. That tingling sensation you feel when you apply it, is normal—the product is plumping your lips. Discontinue use if unpleasant irritation persists.

Can I Make a Return?
We hope you love your Twilight Beauty products, but if for any reason you need to make a return, www.twilightbeauty.com has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order. Simply include a copy of your sales order with the return and detail the reason for returning the product(s). Securely wrap the package and send your return by Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you happen to order the wrong shade or product, we don't want you to have to wait for the return to process (we know how exciting it is to get that PERFECT shade of lipgloss!). Simply place a new order and return the wrong shade or product. Twilight Beauty is not responsible for any shipping fees or handling involved in the exchange.
Twilight Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.
