Where is my makeup?
Do not worry, it is coming! We are so excited to see the great response you've all had to our products and are working hard to process your orders within 1 - 3 business days. Once processed, orders will take on average 5 - 7 business days
for ground shipping and 2 days if you select 2-day shipping. We know it'll be worth the wait!

How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping on orders up to $50 within the 48 contiguous United States is $6.70
Standard Shipping on orders up to $50 is $20 to Alaska and Hawaii
Standard Shipping on orders $50 or more is absolutely free
2nd day FedEx on all orders is $13.70
When will my order ship?
Once you place your order it will be processed between 1 and 3 business days and then shipped out to you. Ground shipping generally takes between 5 - 7 business days. Should you
want to receive your products sooner, you can select 2-day shipping. Additional shipping costs will apply. The free shipping offer on orders $50 or more only applies to single orders and cannot be applied to multiple orders.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or internationally.

Here's how it works:
Twilight Venom definitely has a bite to it. That tingling sensation you feel when you apply it, is normal—the product is plumping your lips. Discontinue use if unpleasant irritation persists.

Can I make a return?
Returns & Exchanges:
We hope you love your Twilight Beauty products, but if for any reason you need to make a return, www.twilightbeauty.com has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order. Simply include a copy of your sales order with the return and detail the reason for returning the product(s). Securely wrap the package and send your return by Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you happen to order the wrong shade or product, we don't want you to have to wait for the return to process (we know how exciting it is to get that PERFECT shade of lipgloss!). Simply place a new order and return the wrong shade or product. Twilight Beauty is not responsible for any shipping fees or handling involved in the exchange.
Twilight Beauty is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.
Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. You can always get another copy by printing your email confirmation order. All returns should be addressed to:
